Please read through all the guidelines prior to registration.
  • Registration will begin at 10:00AM EST on Tuesday November 7th
  • Registrations can be submitted in person at the Camping Office at 140 Durahm Stree in Sudbury, by fax at 705-675-8777, by phone at 705-674-6171  800-465-9622 (toll free in Canada) or via email with a fillable PDF to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   • Registrations submitted prior to 10:00AM will NOT be accepted
  • Forms must be filled out to completion in order to be accepted
  • As there are only limited number of spots, we will NOT be confirming spaces upon submission or registration, but will sent out a confirmation email by 3:00pm on the November 7th, after all submissions are organized in order of receipt
  • The registration form will be modified for the ease of collection, and the full camp registration form will need to be completed online once our new softward is in place
  • A minimum deposit of $500.00 (non-refundable) will be required following registration confimration
  • Payment information can be submitted upon the initial registration. If you are emailing your form in, please DO NOT email us your credit card information. Your eligibility for registration will not be affected by this. 
  • Your deposit must be made within 48 hours of confimring your camper's space. After that time, the spot will go to the next person in line. 
  • Following registration confirmation, please allow 72 hours for the payment to be processed
For Greenway families - Please note that there is a question on the fillable form to indicate that if your preferred Greenway session is full and there is space available in the other Greenway session to move forward with registration in that alternate session. You will still be placed on the waitlist for your preferred session. 

If you are coming into the YMCA in person, we will be happy to answer any questions you might have, after the inital intake of forms is completed. 

**Please note that voicemails do not count as a registration and will not be timestamped**

What is the refund and cancellation policy?
All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $75. Cancellations that occur within ONE MONTH (Leadership TWO MONTHS) of the program start date will only be refunded (less administration fee) if the registration space is filled from a waiting list or a medical letter for the camper is submitted. Refunds are not issued if a parent/guardian withdraws the camper from camp early or if the camper is sent home for misconduct. All payments returned, which includes both pre-authorized and credit cards, will be subject to a $25 charge. 

When will I recieve registration confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation and receipt within 48 business hours of registration. Please ensure that emails from are office are accepted into your inbox!

Cabin Mate Request
We will make every effort to accommodate one-mutual friend request per participant. In order to promote positive cabin dynamics, camper requests must be of the same gender and within 12 months in age. We cannot guarantee that any additional cabin mate requests will be made.

Financial Assistance 
If you are looking to apply for financial assistance, please select the "Campership" tab on the left hand menu. There will be a 2018 Registration Form, as well as the Campership Application. Please take a good read through the appliation as there is additional  documentation needed to submit the application.
